These Terms of Service govern your use of Urbarn Card, operated by Urbarn Card. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund.

Payments

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and (where enabled) cash on delivery, processed securely through our payment gateway partner. We never store your full card details.

Product information

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. Minor variations between the product image and the delivered item may occur due to photography/screen settings.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of liability

Urbarn Card is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this store, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in our registered location (KANPUR).
